It’s important to let the Trustee know your wishes about the payment of any money from the Fund.
If you die before retirement and have benefits in the pension scheme, the Trustee will need to make a decision about who those benefits should be paid to. You can let the Trustee know who you would like to receive your benefits by completing an ‘Expression of wish form’. You can download the form and post or email it to People & Culture if you wish, but now you can also nominate your beneficiaries online through PlanViewer.
Simply log into PlanViewer to complete the form. If you can’t remember your login details call Fidelity on 0800 3 68 68 68.
If you would like to nominate a dependant to receive a pension from the Fund, you should also complete a Nomination form, although this is not currently available through PlanViewer.
